- High cut line
The BCJ-9100 is a jacket that is particularly sensitive to the needs of female divers. The comfortable fit is supported by a number of features. The bladder uses a high cut line to ensure smooth hip movement. On the shoulder section, a removable high chest belt minimizes pressure on the chest area. The position on the shoulders behind the neck is linked to the new angle adjuster so that even ladies with narrow shoulders can be sure the jacket will not slip off. Thick, solid cushions are used for the back pads and shoulder pads to achieve a comfortable fit. A buckle type advanced loading system installed at 20 degrees to the bottom line of the body enables female divers to easily load and release the cartridge. There are 3 sizes available: XS, S and M. Sizes | Lift Capacity | XS | 19 lbs.(=8.7kgf,=85N) | S | 24 lbs.(=10.7kgf,105N) | M | 28 lbs.(=12.8kgf,=125N) | L | 32 lbs.(=14.3kgf,=125N) |
High chest belt A high chest belt on the upper section of the shoulder belt minimizes pressure on the chest area. If you don't need it, just remove it! | | Advanced Weight Loading System (for female divers) Now it's easy to load your weight cartridge even after you put on your jacket. In the new design, the cartridge is installed at an angle of 20 degrees to the weight pocket, making for effortless load and release for female divers. Setting weight has become even easier than in conventional products. Also, a special quick release feature makes the weight cartridge easy to release in an emergency, but the safety lock ensures that it is not released accidentally. | | Angle Adjuster This new feature allows the position of the shoulder belt behind the neck to be adjusted. Even ladies with narrow shoulders can be sure the jacket will not slip off, and it makes the load easier to bear. | | High cut line The side of the bladder is contoured to ensure smooth hip movement and a more comfortable fit. | | Soft pad Thick, solid cushions are used for the back pads for a more comfortable fit

- Classic downstream regulator valve
- Air balanced power inflator valve
- Single hose configuration
In an effort to continually meet the needs of today's divers, TUSA is expanding their regulator line with the Inflator Regulator. It's a downstream backup regulator that also provides you with easy-to-operate buoyancy control. The Inflator Regulator is positioned at the end of the buoyancy compensator hose --the ideal location for quick, efficient use. Because you use it as your power inflator, you always know where it's located (that's a priceless advantage in an emergency). Plus, the Inflator Regulator cuts down on hose clutter because you use the same hose to supply both the power inflator and the backup regulator. The regulator features a dependable downstream demand valve mechanism.
O.P.E.V. System for Rapid Diving TUSA's patented O.P.E.V system combines a quick inflator unit with a mechanism for rapid exhaust during normal intake/exhaust as well as the safe exhaust of excess air. Simply pull the quick inflator assembly forward to release air quickly from the shoulder valve, making it possible to dive rapidly and control buoyancy in one step. Also, in the event air enters over the threshold volume, the valve automatically releases the excess to prevent damage to the jacket. The unit is designed for easy detachment from the shoulder using the screw mount, making it a cinch to wash and dry the B.C. jacket after use.
Independent Harness System All TUSA jackets (other than the BCJ-3200) are designed with an independent harness that separates the harness from the main part which contains the bladder. Since this design means the tank's weight is supported by the shoulder straps which are connected to the harness (as shown in the photo), the hold on the tank is unaffected by air changes in the bladder. It also prevents the tank from sliding down together with the jacket, as well as eliminating any gaps between the tank and your back. This translates to no shaking or slippage either on land or underwater. Two Rails for a Solid Grip on the Tank Cylindrical tanks are inherently unstable because they are prone to roll around. Most hard harness type B.C. jackets are basically designed like a flat board onto which the tank is strapped, and this inevitably leads to tank roll. TUSA B.C. jackets on the other hand, fix the tank solidly in place with two rails - our Ultimate Stabilizing Harness. This system completely eliminates tank roll and delivers an amazing fit. And since the tank can be held that much closer to the body, the tank feels lighter too. Ultimate Stabilizing Harness This harness brings the tank extremely close to the diver's body, correcting the tendency to tilt back. Just like with a seesaw, the closer the tank is carried to the body, the lighter it feels. | Conventional Harness The design of typical hard harness BC jackets inevitably allows a gap to be created between the tank and your body, causing their centers of gravity to move away from each other. This means that to support the weight you have to walk hunched forward.
