Shipments to California addresses and will-call pickups must pay CA tax at 7.75%. All DiveUS.com orders will be shipped as directed by the customer. Please refer to the carrier's web sites for information regarding time-in-transit, shipping guarantees and all other shipping related information. DiveUS.com will send you an email when the order has been shipped. If you have not received this email within 2 business days, please contact DiveUS.com by email or phone. We make every effort to contact the customer if the order cannot immediately be shipped, but it is not always possible. We will gladly answer any questions regarding the availability of items if we are contacted. DiveUS.com charges the actual shipping cost. We do not charge a handling fee. Unless otherwise stated, we do not offer free shipping. In the event the shipping is showing as TBD or $0.00, we will insert the shipping method we deem to be the Best Method. If your order shows as $0.00, and there was no mention of free shipping, we ask that you contact us immediately or we will charge you the appropriate cost. In the event an item arrives damaged, it is the customers responsibility to immediately contact DiveUS.com. We will give you instructions at that time on how to proceed. We ask that you keep the package, including all original packaging for the carriers inspection. Once we have started the claim and the damaged item has been picked up by the carrier, DiveUS will immediately reprocess the order. DiveUS.com is not responsible for the loss in time that may occur from an item arriving damaged. From our experience, USPS International service does not arrive in the time frame shown on the USPS web site. DiveUS.com is not responsible for these delays and gives no guarantee above that given by carriers. All orders shipped internationally involve additional paperwork and special handling of the shipment. Any credit card or Paypal orders being shipped internationally must be shipped to the billing address or the address verified with Paypal. In addition, we need a copy of the billing statement of the credit card involved emailed or faxed to the contacts provided below (please reference your order number). This policy is designed to protect the cardholder and the seller from fraud and there are no exceptions. Diveus.com is not responsible for any customs or brokerage fees. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: - We are not responsible for brokerage fees or taxes of any kind, and these fees are not included in our shipping quote, nor do we know what they will be.
- UPS: If you select UPS Ground (U.S. only) for shipping we will get in touch with you and offer you international shipping, any delays because of this are not the responsibility of DiveUSA.
- USPS (United States Postal Service): Unfortunately USPS has begun to recycle their tracking numbers. Even more unfortunate is that by our estimates the numbers are updated often 5+ days after weve sent the package (either telling our customers that there is no record of the package or that the package was delivered months prior to a different country). We cant do anything about it until the package has been out of our possession for 30 days, whereupon we would do an official inquiry.

All DiveUS.com products can be returned within 60 days of the Purchase date for an 80% refund of the Purchase Price or a full online credit. The product must be in new, unused, condition with the original packaging and all factory literature to receive the full refund. All returns must be accompanied with a valid return authorization number, issued by DiveUS.com. This number needs to be placed on the outside of the shipping container near the label. No package will be accepted without this number. The customer is responsible for shipping cost on all returned items unless an error was made by DiveUS.com.
